I joined the Puckett’s team in early 2022 after 20+ years in the corporate world, and today I have the privilege of serving as our General Manager. I love the flooring business & am incredibly proud of our team and the culture we’ve built! One of the best parts of my job is helping people grow, breathing life into what they do, and empowering them to go above and beyond what’s expected. More importantly, I want our team to always feel empowered to simply do the right thing for our customers!
Outside of Puckett’s, I’m a husband and dad first. My family is the most important thing in my life, and my faith is a big part of who I am and how I try to lead. I love fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
I’m incredibly grateful for our team, our customers, and the opportunity to help carry the Puckett’s story forward!
I joined Puckett’s back in the mid-’90s after working with the Builder Group at Shaw Industries. At the time, I don’t think I could have imagined what Puckett’s would eventually become or how many incredible people I’d have the opportunity to work alongside. I’m incredibly grateful for our team and proud of the company we’ve built together. Puckett’s has never just been about flooring—it’s about people, relationships, taking care of our customers, and creating a place where good people can build successful careers. Getting to help shape that over the years has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Outside of work, I have two amazing daughters and enjoy fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Preferably, some combination of all three!
I joined Puckett’s about five years ago and grew up with a pretty great teacher in the flooring business—my dad, Mark. He has more than two decades of project management experience, and I’ve been fortunate to learn a lot from him while also developing my own way of doing things. I’m a details guy. I like knowing what’s happening on a project, staying ahead of the little things, and making sure my customers know they have a partner they can count on. My goal is pretty simple: communicate, pay attention, and get it right the first time. Outside of Puckett’s, I’m married and recently became a dad to our first daughter—which has been my best project yet!
I’ve been with Puckett’s for a little over four years and have spent well over a decade selling flooring here in the Valley. I love that no two projects are exactly the same. Whether someone knows exactly what they want or walks in and says, “I have no idea where to start,” I enjoy helping them figure it out. I’ve always had an eye for design and really enjoy putting colors, textures, and products together to create something that fits the customer and their space. I’m happily married and feel fortunate to have built some great relationships with customers throughout my career.
I’ve been in the flooring industry for 30 years. I began as an interior designer in California & then moved to Salt Lake City Utah where I worked for RC Willey selling flooring and furniture. I came to sunny Arizona in 2004 and started working at Puckett’s Flooring. I have been here 22 years now. And I obviously love it! I am blessed. I love helping people with their goals and dreams, and when I hear them say; “wow, that was easy!” Outside work I enjoy being a wife and mother of 4 boys, hanging out with friends, traveling, anything out doors!
I joined Puckett’s in the late ’90s. Yes, you read that correctly—the ’90s. Somehow, they’ve kept me around ever since! I’ve spent my career working primarily in property management and new construction, and after all these years, the relationships are still what I enjoy most. I’ve been fortunate to work with some great people and great customers, many of whom I’ve known for a very long time. These days, when I’m not helping with a project or taking care of one of my longtime customers, I’m usually working on my cabin up in Pinetop. And when I can put the tools down, spending time with my kids and new grandchild is pretty tough to beat.
I joined the Puckett’s team in 2022, but I’ve been in flooring and project management for over a decade. I enjoy working with customers, solving problems, and seeing a project come together from start to finish. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my daughter or doing something active. I love playing tennis, basketball, and pretty much anything that keeps me moving!
I’ve been with Puckett’s for about five years, but flooring has been a big part of my career for much longer than that. I’ve worked in both retail management and project management here in the Valley, and what I’ve always loved most is helping people. Flooring can completely change the way a home feels, and I genuinely enjoy helping customers take an idea or vision and turn it into something real. Before my flooring career, I also had the honor of serving in the military—an experience I’m extremely proud of and one that helped shape who I am today. I’m happily married, have one beautiful daughter, and we have another little one on the way! So, between work and family, life stays pretty busy—and I wouldn’t change it!
I’ve been with Puckett’s for over 13 years and I love my clients & my job! Over the years my customers have taken me into several different areas of business from new construction, large scale property management, & high end residential. One of my favorite parts of what I do is getting to know my customers and becoming someone they know they can call when they need help. Outside of work, I’m happily married and the proud dad of two awesome boys. Most of my free time revolves around them, sports, and whatever adventure or activity we have going on that weekend—and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
I’ve been with Puckett’s for close to 20 years, but my flooring career actually started well before that. I spent more than a decade as a flooring installer before moving into the sales and project management side of the business. Having been on my knees actually installing the products gives me a different perspective when I’m helping customers today. I know what looks good on paper and, more importantly, what actually works when it comes time to install it. I’ve been fortunate to build an amazing group of customers over the years, and taking care of them is something I take a lot of pride in. Outside of work, I have three amazing kids—and I’m about to add a new title to the résumé: Grandpa!
I joined Puckett’s back in the early 2000s, so at this point I’ve been around here long enough to have seen just about everything! Over the last two-plus decades, I’ve had the opportunity to work on countless projects, but the part I value most is the relationships. Some of my customers have been with me for years and have become some of my best friends. That’s what has made this career special. These days, I also really enjoy passing along some of the things I’ve learned over the years to the younger generation here at Puckett’s—including my son, Topher. When I’m not working, there’s nothing better than traveling & spending time with my wife, kids, and grandkids.
I joined Puckett’s about five years ago and was fortunate—or unfortunate, depending on the day—to learn the business from my dad, Steve! In all seriousness, having someone with his experience to learn from has been pretty special. Over the years I’ve developed my own book of customers and really enjoy working with project managers and helping keep all the moving pieces of a job on track. I work across restoration, retail, and construction, so there’s rarely a boring day. I’m married with three amazing kids, and when I’m not working, spending time with them is pretty much where you’ll find me.
I joined Puckett’s in 2022 after coming from the wholesale side of the flooring business, so I’ve had the opportunity to see this industry from a couple different angles. I’m definitely a product guy and enjoy using that knowledge to help customers find the right flooring for their project—not just something that looks good, but something that actually makes sense for the space. I’m originally from Boston, which means I’m contractually obligated to love Boston sports. When I’m not talking flooring, there’s a pretty good chance I’m watching a game, playing a round of golf, or hanging out with my dog.
Arizona born and raised, construction has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on job sites with my dad, so it’s probably no surprise that I eventually found my niche in flooring. Since joining the team in 2012, I’ve been lucky enough to build a career doing what I love: taking an idea or a vison and making it a reality. Whether that be the perfect floor, the dream shower, or finishing touches that brings it to life, I enjoy the hunt for the perfect product. Along the way I’ve had the opportunity to build incredible relationships and, of course laugh a little too loud. One of my favorite things about my career is the people. Over the years, so many customers have turned into genuine friends, and those relationships are hands-down the best part of what I do. Outside of work, my family is everything to me. When I’m not spending time with them, you can usually find me near any body of water soaking up nature. Give me sunshine, water, my favorite people and maybe even a good book and I’m pretty much set! I believe work should be fun, people matter, and there’s always a reason to laugh.
I’ve been with Puckett’s for well over 25 years and serve as the company’s Financial Controller—which means I’m usually somewhere behind the scenes making sure the numbers do what they’re supposed to do! After this many years, the people at Puckett’s have become much more than coworkers. I’ve made some wonderful friendships here and have been fortunate to watch the company and so many of our people grow over the years. Outside of work, my favorite thing is spending time with my amazing daughter and our family. Family means a lot to me, both at home and here at Puckett’s!
I’m one of the newer faces at Puckett’s! I joined the team in 2026 and jumped right into helping with accounts payable, receivables, and plenty of other things around the office. There’s been a lot to learn, but I’ve really enjoyed getting to know our processes, our customers, and especially the people I get to work with every day. It didn’t take long for Puckett’s to start feeling like family, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing here. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my boyfriend, my family, and the people closest to me.
I joined Puckett’s in 2018 and currently serve as our Operations Coordinator. My role touches a little bit of everything, which is one of the things I enjoy most about it. Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to get to know so many of our repeat customers, and I love being a familiar voice they know they can reach out to when they need something. Outside of work, I’m married with two amazing kids who keep life plenty busy. I’m grateful to be part of a team where so many of our coworkers and customers have truly started to feel like family.
I joined Puckett’s all the way back in 1996, and needless to say, I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years! As our Office and Operations Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to watch Puckett’s grow, help develop our team, and hopefully make life a little easier for everyone around me along the way. One of the things I love most is helping people grow and succeed. We have an amazing group of people here, and getting to be part of their success is incredibly rewarding to me! I’ve been married to my husband, Joe, for more than 42 years. We have two wonderful sons and one amazing grandchild. After nearly 30 years at Puckett’s, the people here are definitely more than coworkers—they’re family!
With 8 years on the team, 5 of that as our Installation Manager, I’m an approachable & organized person who genuinely cares about doing things right. I love working alongside everyone, solving daily challenges, and making sure every detail is taken care of. For me, delivering great work always goes hand in hand with good communication, a positive attitude, and supporting one another!
I joined Puckett’s in 2001 and currently serve as our Warehouse Manager. There are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes in the flooring business, and my job is to help make sure our warehouse stays a well-oiled machine and that our team has what they need to keep things moving. What I enjoy most, though, is the people! I love coaching and encouraging my team, helping them succeed, and making sure we’re doing our part to take care of everyone who depends on us. I’ve been married to my wife for more than 35 years, and we have two adult children and a growing crew of grandkids. Give me some time with the grandkids or a camping trip by the lake and I’m a pretty happy guy.
I originally joined Puckett’s as a flooring installer more than seven years ago before moving into our warehouse team in 2022. Having worked on the installation side gives me a good understanding of what our crews need in the field and why getting the details right in the warehouse matters. I enjoy what I do, but even more than that, I enjoy the people I get to work with. We have a great group here, and that makes coming to work every day pretty easy. Outside of Puckett’s, I’m all about spending time with my family whenever I get the chance.
